Remove the Illinois residence filter

Ordinary cosmetologist licenses expire September 30 of odd-numbered years. The next regular cosmetologist expiration is therefore September 30, 2027. In August 2026, IDFPR’s current renewal list includes cosmetology teachers, clinic teachers and schools—not ordinary cosmetologists.
