This tier is not an ordinary online late renewal. The licensee must request approval from the TDLR executive director and satisfy every outstanding renewal requirement.

2026 Lawful-Presence and Social Security Documentation
TDLR’s lawful-presence verification process began January 26, 2026, and the related rule became effective May 1, 2026. Not every renewal applicant is asked for additional documents.
